Bamboo is a grass, so FSC label is NOT a must for bamboo flooring. Bamboo is renewable every 4 to 6 years. Bamboo has a high rate for the shoot, and shoot can grow up without anybody's management or take-care, after few years, the shoots are bamboo forest already. Not like wood, it will not reproduce after cutting. When bamboo is 4 to 6 years, we will cut them down for next production. After production, we will put a FSC label on the boxes and each label has a serial number, with this process, the bamboo flooring is FSC certified. But, price goes up extremely high than non-fsc certified bamboo flooring.
